Lamb with kumquat scent

Ingredients

- 400 g 400 g of kumquat
- 600 g 600 g of Presto lamb mincerette or fine sliced lamb leg
- 4 4 c to s of oil
- 2 2 c to s maple syrup
- 1 1 Salt
- 1 1 Pepper
Method
- 1.Start by preparing the kumquats: cut them in half and whiten them in boiling water for a minute. Drain them and book.
- 2.Prepare the meat: cut the lamb into thin slats for quick and uniform cooking.
- 3.Heat the oil in a skillet and grab the lamb slats for about a minute. Season with salt and pepper, then keep the meat warm.
- 4.In the same skillet, add the bleached kumquats and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 5.Finally, put the lamb back in the pan with the kumquats, add the maple syrup and mix it together, continuing cooking for another minute. Serve immediately.
