- 1 red pepper roughly chopped
- 2 red onions cut into 8 wedges each
- 200 g Jersey Royals or baby potatoes
- 2 -4 garlic cloves lightly bashed
- a few thyme sprigs
- 1 c. à soupe olive oil
Method
- 1
Tip everything into the air fryer basket and shake to coat in the oil. Roast the veg at 200C for 20 mins, then shake again. Cook for another 10-20 mins until the veg is cooked through.
