Roasted green asparagus with garlic and lemon

- 3 3 garlic pod(s)

- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Tuna marinated with olive oil

- 2.Start by preheating your oven to 200°C, turning heat if possible. This will produce well roasted and golden asparagus. As the oven warms up, prepare all your ingredients to save time afterwards.

- 4.Rinse the green asparagus thoroughly under cold water and drain. Cut the hard ends if necessary. Peel the cloves and chop them finely. Remove the zests from the lemon with a thin grater, then press it to get its juice.

- 6.Place the asparagus in a large baking dish. Add chopped garlic, pour olive oil with marinated tuna, sprinkle with lemon zest and pour the juice. Season generously with freshly ground salt and black pepper. Mix gently to coat each asparagus well.
