- 130 g 130 g Butter
- 50 g 50 g Sugar
- 50 g 50 g Cassonade

Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat the oven to 180°C (Th.6).
- 3.Mixing eggs and sugar
- 4.In a jatte, mix the eggs with the sugar and whisk the drummer until the mixture is white and sparkling.
