Ingredients

- 1 1 Okay without tube®
- 100 g 100 g apple compote
- 250 g 250 g wheat flour
- 80 g 80 g milk
- 40 g 40 g sugar
- 20 g 20 g of melted butter
- 1 1 eggs
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 8 g 8 g dry baker's yeast
- frying oil
Method
- 1.Heat the milk for a few seconds in the microwave. Then dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and wait a few minutes.
- 2.Meanwhile, mix flour, sugar, salt, egg and melted butter in a bowl or in a robot. Mix well before pouring milk.
- 3.Knit and work the dough for 5 minutes to form a homogeneous ball. If the dough is too sticky, add some flour.

- 6.Then cook the doughnuts two minutes on each side in hot frying oil.
- 7.Drain the doughnuts and gently swab them with OK Tube-Free Tote Wipers to absorb excess oil.
- 8.Let cool before garnishing the doughnuts with the apple compote. To do this, use a socket or baking syringe.
