Boston Sour

Ingredients

• •2 oz 2 oz Blended whiskey
• •Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• •1 c. à café 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• •1 1 Egg white
• •1 1 Lemon slice
• •1 1 Cherry

Method

1. 1.Shake lemon juice, sugar powder, mixed whiskey and egg white with crushed ice and filter into acidified whiskey glass. Add the lemon slice, complete with the cherry and serve.
