Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg of ground meat
- 1 1 onions
- 2 gousse 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 1 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups of breadcrumbs
- 1 1 bouquets of parsley
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
Method
- 1.In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
- 2.Form balls the size of a golf ball.
- 3.Place the pellets in your cooker's steam basket.
- 4.Steam for about 20 minutes or until the pellets are cooked well.
- 5.Garnish chopped parsley before serving.
