- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Orange Flower
- 250 g 250 g Almond powder
- 150 g 150 g Sugar powder
- 1 1 Egg(s)
- 1 1 orange zest(s)
- Fry oil
- For syrup
- 1 1 glass(s) Honey
- 0.5 0.5 glass(s) Sugar
- 1 1 glass(s) Water
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Put the almond powder in a jumper.
- 3.Preparation of dough
- 4.In a large bowl, combine the golden almond powder and sugar. Add the orange blossom, finely grated orange zest and egg to get a dough.
- 5.Pastry work
- 6.Make small balls with your hands.
- 7.Preparation of brig leaves
- 8.Cut the brig leaves into 5 cm wide strips using a scissor. Cut the edges that are a little harsh.
- 9.Assembly
- 10.Have a ball at the bottom of each strip of brig leaf. Fold in a triangle. Squeeze what goes over and stick the edge with a little water.

- 12.Place the triangles in a plate covered with the paper separating the brick leaves in the package.
