Lost brioche salted and rolled with ham

Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 4 tranche 4 slices of ham cooked in the breath LE BON PARIS® HERTA®
- 4 tranche 4 slices of brioche (large)
- 1 1 zucchini
- 60 g 60 g of basil pesto
- 40 g 40 g parmesan in chips
- 4 4 eggs
- 200 g 200 g of breadcrumbs
- 150 g 150 g sunflower-type oil
- 180 g 180 g of rocket
- salt and pepper
- 1 1 fillets of olive oil
- 1 1 fillets of balsamic cream
Method
- 1.Flatten the brioche slices with a baking roller and with a saver or mandolin, make fine slats of zucchini.
- 2.Tarnish with pesto, add zucchini slats, pine gables, whole ham slices (or cut in half according to the size of the brioche slices) and Parmesan chips. Season with salt and pepper at your convenience.
- 3.In one plate, beat two of the eggs and in another, place the breadcrumbs.
- 4.Roll each slice over itself and pass them into the beaten eggs and then into the breadcrumb.
- 5.Place sunflower oil in a hot pan and cook the rolls, turning them often, until they are golden.
- 6.Meanwhile, put your eggs with their shells in a boiling water pan and let them cook for 3 minutes.
- 7.Serve with a salad, water with olive oil and balsamic cream, and soak the brioche lost in the eggs in the shell.
