Multicolored beef brochettes with peaches and halloumi - barbecue idea

Ingredients
For 8 servings
- 500 g 500 g of beef (choose pieces to grill)
- 8 8 peppers mini
- 200 g 200 g of hallumi
- 8 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 1 red onions
- thyme
- 1 1 yellow zucchini
- 1 1 zucchini
- 1 gousse 1 cloves of garlic (or two small)
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 2 peaches not too ripe
Method
- 1.Remove the meat from the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 2.Turn on the barbecue.
- 3.Cut the zucchini into thin slats using a mandolin (or, failing that, in thick slices) and steam for 1 min. Then roll a yellow slat and a green slat to form a small cylinder.
- 4.Cut beef cubes about 30g.
- 5.Cut onion and peaches into quarters of 1 cm and halloumi into 8 cubes.
- 6.Start making the skewers with a mini pepper, then a piece of red onion, meat, peach, cherry tomato, a roll of zucchini, a piece of meat, onion and a last of halloumi.
- 7.Add oil mixed with crushed garlic.
- 8.Bake 6 min on each side at the barbecue (or in a grill stove). Add spices, salt and pepper 1 min before cooking.
- 9.For the service, I recommend to sprinkle fresh herbs such as mint and flat parsley, as well as offer a tahine sauce, a honey fillet and pitas breads ... Guaranteed success!
