Ice log cherry pistachios

Ingredients

For 4 servings

• •0.5 l 0.5 l Vanilla ice a little soft
• •40 cl 40 cl Cherry ice a little soft
• •30 cl 30 cl Chocolate ice
• •80 g 80 g Unsalted shelled pistachios
• •200 g 200 g Cherries

Method

1. 1.Hit the pistachios.
2. 2.Spread half the vanilla ice cream in the log mould. Add over the ice cream to the cherry and then the chocolate ice cream. Finish with the rest of vanilla ice cream and smooth with spatula. For ease of use, you can possibly let each layer harden a little in the freezer before adding the next layer.
3. 3.Place in the freezer until ready to serve.
4. 4.When serving, dip the bottom of the log mould into a little hot water and demolish on a serving dish.
5. 5.Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and cherries.
