  • thick cream
  • black chocolate nuggets
  • white chocolate nuggets

Method

  1. 1.To decorate Halloween cakes, make a black chocolate ganache. Pour hot cream over the chocolate and mix.
  2. 2.Spread over the cakes.
  3. 3.Then spiral with the white chocolate ganache. Same principle as black chocolate for the realization of the ganache.
  4. 4.Finally, to finish the decoration, make features from the inside to the outside with a tooth cure.
