- 150 g 150 g Flour
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 g 200 g Mozzarella
- 1 1 handle(s) Basil sheet(s)
- 125 ml 125 ml Milk
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 1 sachet 1 Yeast Bag
- 12 12 Deep black olives
- 50 g 50 g Grated cheese
- Salt, pepper
Method

- 2.Preheat the oven to th.6 (180 °C).

- 4.Rinse and remove seeds from tomatoes. Cut them into small cubes and simmer in a pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. On one side, cut the mozzarella into small dice and on the other side, finely chop the basil. Stir in tomatoes and mix. Take a saucepan and heat the milk. Drain the eggs in a chicken cul-de-poile and add the flour and yeast. Gradually pour the milk into the preparation. Put the black olives, the already prepared tomatoes and the grated cheese in the dough. Move it all.
