Caramel frappé

Ingredients
- 60 ml (2 shots) espresso
- 250 ml milk (plant-based is fine)
- 2 handfuls of ice
- 75 g caramel sauce plus extra to serve
- 0.25 c. à café vanilla extract (optional)
- whipped cream to serve (optional)
Method
- 1.Tip all the ingredients except the whipped cream into a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if you like.
