Carrots and oven salsify

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 1 New Carrot Boots
- 500 g 500 g Fresh salt
- 2 Two spoons. Sour flour
- 2 2 Citrons
- 3 Three spoons. Soup oil
- 1 1 Bouquet of chives
- Salt
- Mill pepper
Method
- 1.Press the lemons. Peel the salsifis and cut them into sticks. Rinse them in a salad bowl with a tablespoon of lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
- 2.For the same reason, cook the salsifis in a 'white' (a short bouillon with flour and lemon juice): spread the flour with 4 spoons in a bowl. lemon juice soup poured in fillet to obtain a paste without lumps. In a factout, bring a large amount of salt water to a boil. Gradually place the dough in the pan. Add salsify and cook for 20 minutes
- 3.Meanwhile, rinse the carrots well. Place them in the basket of a steamed cooked and cook for 20 minutes.

- 5.Drain and sponge salsify. Place the salsifis and carrots in a large dish, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Water with a glass of water. Bake for 15 minutes.
- 6.Wash and chisel the chives, then sprinkle the dishes. Serve immediately.
