Ingredients

- 25 g 25 g butter
- 1 1 onions
- 500 g 500 g potato
- 300 g 300 g of reblocking
- 1 1 salad
- salt
- 1 verre 1 glasses of olive oil
- 1 1 garlic
- 1 kg 1 kg minced meat
Method
- 1.Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Put the onion on.
- 2.Mix the chopped meat, olive oil, provence herbs and garlic in a salad bowl. Salt and pepper.
- 3.Butter the cassolettes and come and have a layer of potatoes, a layer of ground meat and a layer of reblochon. Repeat the operation until the cap is filled. Finish with reblochon and have the chives on it.
- 4.Preheat the oven to 200°C. Sauté the rest of the potatoes with the chopped onions in a skillet.
- 5.Bake the cassolettes with their lids for 35 minutes.
- 6.Serve with a salad and the rest of the potatoes with the onion.
