- 8 8 slice(s) Baguette(s)
- 4 4 Goat cheese(s)
- 2 2 garlic pod(s)
- Herbs of provence
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
Method
- 1.Preheat oven to 210°C (th.7). Cut slices of baguette the day before. Peel the cloves of garlic and rub them on the pieces of bread.
- 2.Cut the goat into slices and place a slice on each baguette puck. Sprinkle Provence herbs on cheese, 1 pinch of fine salt, 1 fillet of olive oil and bake for 10 min.
- 3.Serve immediately with a green salad or seasoned arugula.
