Mirabella compote

Ingredients

- 500 g 500 g mirabelles
Method
- 1.Wash, cut in half, and denoyaute the mirabelles.
- 2.Place the mirabelles in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water.
- 3.Cover, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- 4.Remove the lid, and continue cooking for 5 minutes (to allow water to evaporate a little).
- 5.Mix finely, and let cool.
