- 600 g 600 g Fine sugar
- 4 g 4 g Agar-agar
Method
- 1.Preparation
- 2.In the bowl of the robot with the ultrablade knife add the apricots cleaned and cut in 4. Mix for 25 seconds on speed 8. Scratch the edges with a spatula and remix for 20 seconds on speed 8 again. Add sugar and mix on speed 5 for 25 minutes at 105°C. Finally add the agar and restart the robot on speed 4 for 20 minutes at 105°C.

- 4.Sterilize your empty jars of jam and fill them with this jam. Close them and turn them back until they're cold.

- 6.Store in a temperate place to shelter from light and in a fridge when the pots are open.
