- 800 g 800 g Special sugar jam
- 1 c. à café 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- 1.Preparation
- 2.Wash the currants and place them in the bowl of the Thermomix and min.
- 3.mixture
- 4.Add sugar and lemon juice and mix 5 seconds in speed 4.
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Program 20 min on Varoma speed 2 then 7 min at 100°C at speed 2.
- 7.Finish
- 8.Transfer to glass jars and cool.
