Light plum jam

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 500 g 500 g plums
- 75 g 75 g of sugar
- 1 verre 1 glasses of water
- 0.25 verre 0.25 glasses of lemon juice
Method
- 1.Wash the plums and cut them into small pieces and remove the core. Put them in a saucepan by adding the glass of water and lemon juice. When it ends add sugar while stirring. Let simmer and stir from time to time, when your jam changes color it is ready.
- 2.Put your preparation in pots and let cool.
