Ingredients

• •1 1/2 Lime
• •1 1/3 oz Falernum
• •2 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• •1 oz 1 oz Añejo rum
• •1 oz 1 oz blackstrap rum

Method

1. 1.Cut the green half lemon again in half. Add lime, falernum and bitters to an ice glass. Mix. Add rum. (Ageed Barbados rum, such as Plantation 5 years, is recommended). Add some ice and stir. Float the blackstrap rum on top. Serve with straw.
