Ingredients

- 500 g 500 g Well ripe apricots
- 2 Two spoons. Soup sugar powder
- Lemon juice drops
Method
- 1.Rinse the apricots.
- 2.Cut them in 2 and remove the core.
- 3.Put them in the bowl of a blender with sugar and some lemon juice.
- 4.Mix until you get a fine puree.
- 5.Add a few drops of water if necessary and keep cool until ready to serve.
