Cut with mascarpone strawberries

- 10 10 Speculoos
- 250 g 250 g Mascarpone
- 15 cl 15 cl Cream fresh semi thick
- 2 2 bag(s) Vanilla sugar
Method
- 1.Preparation of strawberries
- 2.Wash the strawberries and cut them in 2.
- 3.Preparation of mascarpone cream
- 4.Mix the mascarpone and the cream. Incorporate vanilla sugar (you can add some sugar powder if you want to sugar a little more). If you want a lighter and airy cream, use an electric drummer.
- 5.Assembly of cuts or glassware
- 6.In individual cups or verrines, put the mascarpone/cream/sugar mixture in the bottom with a tablespoon, then crumble a biscuit, add some strawberries, then cream again, and finish with a crumbled biscuit and some pieces of strawberries.
- 7.Fresh rest and tasting
- 8.Book in the fridge at least 15 min. Then serve well fresh and taste immediately.
