- 250 g 250 g Cherry tomato(s)
- 350 g 350 g Mozzarella billets
- 1 1 Bocal / jars Black olives
- 1 1 Bocal / jars Green olives
- 1 1 bouquet(s) Estragon
Method
- 1.Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Drain the olives.
- 2.Prepare skewers by alternating olives, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and rosette slices on wooden spades, varying colors.
- 3.Place the skewers in a circle on the edges of a large plate to form a crown. Slip dragon branches between skewers to imitate the tree.
