Couscous Royal : The Complete and Generous Recipe

- 600 g 600 g beef
- 600 g 600 g lamb (shoulder or collar)
- 600 g 600 g chicken thigh
- 300 g 300 g merguez
- 600 g 600 g semolina
- 600 g 600 g carrot
- 600 g 600 g tomato
- 3 3 zucchini
- 2 2 aubergine
- 2 2 peppers
- 2 2 onion
- 150 g 150 g tomato purée
- 2 2 c to s olive oil
- 18 g 18 g butter
- 15 g 15 g sugar
- 1 pincée 1 cinnamon pinch
- 1.2 1.2 c to c four spices
- cordiander (optional)
- 1.2 1.2 c to mint

Method
- 1.In a casserole, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the minced onions and brown them until they have a beautiful golden colour.
- 2.Once the onions are well coloured, add butter, sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, then cover with water to the height and cook for about 10 minutes.
- 3.Add a little water if necessary to prevent it from hanging.
- 4.Add tomato purée, four spices, coriander seeds, mint, salt and pepper. Then cook the pieces of beef covered on low heat for 30 minutes.
- 5.After 30 minutes, add the pieces of lamb. 20 minutes later, add the chicken pieces as well as the peeled carrots cut into slices, and cook for another 20 minutes.
- 6.Add all other vegetables washed and cut into small pieces, then continue cooking over low heat for 45 minutes, until the whole is tender and tasty.
- 7.Prepare the meal according to the indications on the package. In a separate sausage, prepare a sauce with harissa and serve it as an accompaniment for everyone to use according to their taste.
