Aperitif tuna cream

Ingredients

- 150 g 150 g Natural Tuna
- 150 g 150 g Fresh cheese
- 2 Two spoons. Soup cream
- 1 1 Lemon juice fillet
- 1 1 spoon. Soup oil
- 1 1 spoon. Soup parsley flat chiseled
- 1 1 spoon. Chiselled chives
- Salt
- White pepper mill
Method
- 1.Drain and crumb the tuna, then put it in a bowl. Add the fresh cheese and mix thoroughly.
- 2.Stir in fresh cream, lemon juice and olive oil, then adjust the seasoning.
- 3.Add the herbs, mix gently and set aside at least 1 hour. Pour into small glasses or ramequins when serving.
