- 5 cl 5 cl Beer

Method
- 1.Mixture of dry ingredients
- 2.In a bowl, mix the flour and salt and dig a well in the center.
- 3.Addition of ingredients
- 4.Separate the white from the egg yolk and place the yellow in the well. Mix and pour the beer as you go. Add the milk and mix.

- 6.When the pancake dough is smooth, pour oil. Mix and place a clean towel on your salad bowl before letting your pancake dough rest for about 1 hour.
