Brie Apple Crescent

Ingredients
- 4 4 increasing
- 2 2 organic red apples
- 1 1 small pots of apple compote
- 200 g 200 g Brie
- 1 1/2 lemon yellow
- pepper
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of sweet mustard (optional)
Method
- 1.Cut the crescents in 2 in thickness.
- 2.Spread the mustard on it and then the apple compote. Pepper.
- 3.Cut into slices the brie and the well-washed apples into thin slices (keep the skin red), slightly lemony to prevent them from darkening.
- 4.Place the brie and then the apples in a fan.
- 5.Bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 10 minutes.
