- 80 g 80 g Black chocolate peppers Nestlé
- 150 g 150 g Strawberry jam
- 125 g 125 g Raspberry puree
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (th.6). While the oven heats, prepare your muffin mussels with paper boxes to facilitate the release of cupcakes later. This step ensures a homogeneous cooking and an optimal result.
- 3.preparation of the cupcake machine
- 4.In a large salad bowl, mix the ointment butter with the sugar powder until you get a creamy texture. Add the eggs one by one and add the vanilla extract. Mix the flour, the chemical yeast and the salt into another bowl, then gradually incorporate them into the preparation by alternating with the milk. Move to a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Divide the dough evenly into the boxes, filling each compartment with two-thirds. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Watch for cooking: cupcakes must be swollen, golden, and a knife blade planted in the centre must come out dry. Cool completely on a grill after cooking.
- 7.Preparation of icing
- 8.While cupcakes cool, whisk the cream cheese with the cold liquid cream until you get a firm and aerial consistency. Gradually add the icing sugar to form a smooth icing. Separate icing into several bowls if you want to use different food dyes to decorate cupcakes.
- 9.Assembly
- 10.Once the cupcakes are cooled, lightly dig the centre with a knife from office. Fill this hollow with strawberry jam or raspberry purée with a small spoon or a socket. Cover each cupcake with a generous icing dome using a spatula or socket pocket, depending on your desires.
- 11.Decoration
- 12.Offer children to decorate each cupcake with coloured sugar decorations, chocolate chips and coloured icing. Let all creativity express itself to create personalized and festive delicacies. Place the freshly decorated cupcakes for 30 minutes so the icing freezes well.
- 13.Service
- 14.Place cupcakes on a nice tray or display. Serve them at room temperature to enjoy all their smoothness and fruity flavours. These cupcakes are perfect for sharing on Mother's Day, bringing a touch of originality and conviviality to the snack.
