For 2 servings
- 4 4 zucchini(s)
- 150 g 150 g rice
- 100 g 100 g coral lentils
- 20 cl 20 cL coconut milk
- 1 c. à café 1 c. coffee curry
Method
- 1.Prior to this, remove the ingredients and utensils you need for this recipe. This allows you to have everything in hand and not waste time!
- 2.Cook the rice in 2x its volume of water (by self-cooking, or in a saucepan covered over medium-low heat).
- 3.Wash the zucchini. If baby starts diversification, peel 1 zucchini completely and seed. Otherwise, "zebrate" the zucchini skin by peeling a slat on 2.
- 4.Cut the zucchini into slices and steam them (10 to 15 minutes). If you have seeded the baby zucchini, separate the remaining slightly to recover it more easily when mixing.
- 5.In a wok or skipper, pour 1⁄2 glass of coral lenses (about 100g) and 1.5 glasses of water. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes.
- 6.When the zucchini are cooked, you can prepare the baby dish (see instructions below).
- 7.Place cooked zucchini in wok with lentils, pour coconut milk and 1 c. Curry coffee. Simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice.
- 8.From 4 months: mix 100 to 120g of puree zucchini and add 1 c.c. of oil. If you had seeded the zucchini, think about getting those pieces back.
- 9.From 6 months: mix 130g of zucchini with 1 tbsp of coconut milk, and a pinch of curry. (Optional) You can mix with 1 small tablespoon of coral lentils.
- 10.From 9 months: mix 130g zucchini with 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of lentils and a pinch of curry. Mix with 50g of rice.
- 11.From 12 months: mix 120g of zucchini with 50g of coral lentils, 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, and 1 pinch of curry. Mix with 60g of rice. If baby is comfortable with the pieces, you can cut the zucchini into small pieces instead of mixing.
