Roasted Christmas Turkey with Browns and Apples

- 1 1 Empty Turkey
- 150 g 150 g Poultry livers
- 150 g 150 g Wild mushrooms
- 400 g 400 g Drained maroons
- 6 6 Small apples
- 200 g 200 g Sausage Chair
- 2 tranche 2 slices Mia bread
- 10 cl 10 cl Milk
- 3 3 Eggs
- 1 1 Onion
- 1 gousse 1 garlic clove
- 1 1 Bouquet garnished
- 50 g 50 g Butter
- 3 l 3 Liters Bouillon
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Bring the broth to a boil and put the emptied turkey in it for 30 min.
- 2.Meanwhile, chop the poultry and turkey livers. Chop 100 g of drained brown. Peel and cut 1 apple into small dice. peel and chop the onion and garlic. Melt them in the pan in 20 g of butter, then add poultry livers and turkey liver, finely chopped. Stir in sausage flesh and cook for 5 min, mixing regularly. Pour the chopped meat into a large bowl, and add the chopped chestnuts and the apple dice. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the previously soaked mice bread into the milk and embitter, then add the eggs, salt, pepper and mix it thoroughly between your fingers.
- 3.Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Stuff the drained turkey with the previous preparation, then sew the openings or close them with wooden peaks.
- 4.Brush the turkey with the remaining melted butter, salt and pepper. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
- 5.Place the remaining chestnuts as well as the garnished bouquet, wild mushrooms and apples cut into quarters all around the turkey in a large dish, and bake 1h30. Turn the turkey mid-cook, and water it regularly with its juice. Serve your turkey with browns and apples.
