Dirty Martini

Ingredients

For 1 servings

• •70 70ml/2fl oz Vodka
• •1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Dry Vermouth
• •2 c. à soupe 2 tbsp Olive Brine
• •1 1 edge Lemon
• •1 1 Olive

Method

1. 1.Pour the vodka, dry vermouth and olive brine into a shaker with a handful of ice and shake well.
2. 2.Rub the edge of a martini glass with the lemon quarter.
3. 3.Filter the contents of the shaker into the glass and add the olive.
4. 4.A Martini dirty contains some olive brine or olive juice and is usually decorated with an olive.
