- 2 tasse white sugar
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 tasse vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. à soupe milk
- 2 c. à café vanilla extract
- 4 tasse all-purpose flour
- 4 c. à café baking powder
- 2 c. à café baking soda
- 2 c. à café cinnamon
- 1 c. à café salt
- 2 tasse semisweet chocolate chips
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease two baking sheets.
- 2.Whisk sugar, pumpkin, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla together in a large bowl until smooth.
- 3.Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a separate bowl. Gradually pour flour mixture into pumpkin mixture; stir to incorporate. Stir chocolate chips into dough. Drop spoonfuls of the dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.
- 4.Bake in the preheated oven until golden, 10 minutes.
