Ingredients
For 1 servings
- 6 6 Egg yolk
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tasse 2 cups Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Light rum
- 1 1/2 cup Bourbon
- 1 c. à café 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tasse 1 cup Whipping cream
- 6 6 Egg white
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- Ground Nutmeg
Method
- 1.In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks until mixed. Gradually add 1/4 cup of sugar, beating at high speed until the mixture is thick and lemon-coloured. Add milk, rum, bourbon, vanilla and salt. Cool completely. Fuck the cream. Wash the drummers well. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks are obtained. Gradually add the remaining quarter cup of sugar, beating to get firm peaks. Add egg yolk mixture and whipped cream to egg whites. Serve immediately. Sprinkle each serving of nutmeg. Serve in a punch bowl or other large bowl. NOTE: For an alcohol-free chicken milk, prepare the chicken milk as above, but omit the bourbon and rum and increase the amount of milk to 3 cups.
