Ingredients

- 3 3/4 oz Brandy
- 3 3/4 oz Gin
- 3 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Carbonated water
- Lemon peel
Method
- 1.Pour the brandy, gin and soft vermouth into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with gaseous water. Add lemon zest, stir and serve. (Gas water can be replaced with ginger soda, if preferred).
