Crispy leaf pistachio and feta

Ingredients

- 2 2 filo paste
- 1 1 feta
- crushed pistachios
- mint leaf
- pepper
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of honey
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of white sesame
Method
- 1.Overlay the 2 sheets of filo and place the feta in the centre.
- 2.Add a generous layer of chiseled mints and pistachios to the feta.
- 3.Cover with a nice honeynet.
- 4.Pepper.
- 5.Brush the filo leaf with oil.
- 6.Fold two opposite sides of the leaf on the feta.
- 7.Brush the folded edges with oil before folding the remaining two sides.
- 8.Brush the next sheet and fold in the same way as the first.
- 9.Brush the whole with oil, a nice fillet of honey and sesame.
- 10.Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
