Figgy Thyme

Ingredients

• •2 oz 2 oz Vodka
• •1 c. à café 1 tsp Honey
• •3 3 Figs
• •1 1 Sprig Thyme
• •2 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• •Top Tonic Water

Method

1. 1.In a lewis bag, pile ice like a baller/maniac (@glacioice). Pour your precious ice cream into a Collins glass. In a shaker, mix figs and thyme. Add the honey vodka, lemon juice and a large ice cube (@glacioice). Shake until fully cooled and filter into glass. Add tonic water and finally 2 strokes of angostura bitters. Decorate with fig slices and thyme.
