Galette of the chocolate kings with pears and almonds

Ingredients

- 2 2 Rolls of laminated pulp
- 70 g 70 g Almond powder
- 70 g 70 g Sugar
- 70 g 70 g Butter
- 1 1 Egg
- 1 1 Yellow
- 2 2 Pears
- 35 g 35 g Chocolate chips
Method
- 1.Start by preheating your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7) to make it warm when baking.
- 2.Meanwhile, melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- 3.In a salad bowl, pour the melted butter and add the almond powder and sugar. Mix it well.
- 4.Add the egg to this preparation and mix until you have a smooth and homogeneous almond cream.
- 5.Roll the first laminated dough on your worktop or directly on a baking sheet. Then spread the almond cream over the whole surface leaving a small edge free.
- 6.Divide the pear pieces harmoniously over the cream, then sprinkle with chocolate nuggets.
- 7.Cover with the second laminated dough. Using a brush soaked in a little water, moisten the edges and press them well to seal the cake.
- 8.With the tip of a knife, draw decorative patterns on the top of the cake, then brush it generously with egg yolk. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden.
