Galette of home apple kings

Ingredients

- 2 2 sheets of laminated dough
- 600 g 600 g apple compote
- 2 2 apples
- 3 3 % or more of red sugar
- 1 1 egg yolk
Method
- 1.Start by preheating your oven to 180°C.
- 2.Peel the apples, then cut them into thin and regular slices.
- 3.In a salad bowl, mix apple mashed potatoes with sugar until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
- 4.Spread the first laminated dough in a removable bottom pie pan by sticking it to the bottom and edges.
- 5.Stitch the dough bottom with a fork to prevent it from inflating during cooking.
- 6.Place the apple slices harmoniously on the bottom of the dough.
- 7.Then cover the apples with the prepared sauce, then slide the beans inside.
- 8.Gently place the second pastry over to cover the filling.
- 9.Weld the edges of the two pasta firmly by pinching them all around, then roll them in for a nice finish.
- 10.Mix the egg yolk with a little water, then generously brush the top of the cake with this mixture with a brush.
- 11.Decorate the surface by drawing patterns of your choice with the tip of a knife.
- 12.Bake for about 40 minutes by regularly monitoring the colouring. Let cool before tasting.
