- 200 g 200 g Chocolate black
- 4 4 Egg(s)
- 125 g 125 g Butter
- 125 g 125 g Sugar
- 80 g 80 g Flour
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Chemical yeast
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat the oven to 180°C (Th. 6).
- 3.Preparation of dough
- 4.Mix the flour, sugar and yeast, then add the beaten eggs to the preparation. Mix it all together and add the butter and chocolate melted in the microwave or in the water bath.
- 5.Cooking cake
- 6.Drain until you get a perfectly homogeneous dough. Pour it into a buttered cake or missed mould and bake for 30 to 40 min.
