Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 180 g 180 g sugar
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of vanilla aroma
- 220 g 220 g flour
- 30 g 30 g of almond powder
- 2 c. à café 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon mix 4 spices
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 8 8 sliced figs
Method
- 1.In a robot tank, whip the eggs.
- 2.Add melted butter and whip again.
- 3.Add sugar and vanilla.
- 4.Then add almond powder, flour, chemical yeast, spices and salt.
- 5.Once this step is done, pour the cake dough into a mould.
- 6.Arrange the fig slices in a circular manner.
- 7.Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180°C, the cake must be golden on top.
