- 125 g 125 g Walnut kernels
- 70 g 70 g Flour
- 100 g 100 g Sugar
- 100 g 100 g Butter
- 1 1 sachet(s) Vanilla sugar
- 1 c. à café 1 c. coffee chemical yeast
Method
- 1.Preparation of dough
- 2.While the oven preheats to th.6-7 (200°C), prepare the dough of this easy cake in a salad bowl: first pour eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar into it, then mix vigorously with the spoon to foam.
- 3.Add nuts and dry ingredients
- 4.Then add the yogurt, 80 g melted butter and crushed nut kernels to the robot or drumstick, be careful to keep a little texture and not make powder, and mix again. Stir to finish the flour, the chemical yeast, and a pinch of salt, until you get a homogeneous dough.
- 5.Moulding and baking
- 6.Butter a brownie mould (about 20 x 20 cm) with the remaining butter (ramolli or melted), then pour the cake dough. As for the baking time in the oven, take about 30 minutes depending on the thickness, and as for a chocolate or yogurt cake, check that it is perfectly mellow by planting a Chinese baguette or knife blade: it must barely come out wet.
