Autumn cake with pumpkin

Ingredients

- 2 2 eggs
- 300 g 300 g sugar
- 250 g 250 g of pumpkin Cooked and drained
- 100 g 100 g chocolate nuggets
- 400 g 400 g flour
- 1 sachet 1 sachets of chemical yeast
- 150 g 150 g rapeseed oil
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and butter a mould to miss (attention it must be large enough the cake swells).
- 2.In a bowl, beat the whole eggs.
- 3.Pour the cooked and drained pumpkin, add the sugar powder and mix.
- 4.Add the chocolate nuggets and pour in a buttered mould.
- 5.Pour oil and flour and yeast
- 6.Bake for 50 min at 150°C.
