Method

- 2.Start by turning on your oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) so it is hot when you cook the cake. While the oven heats, prepare the ingredients and put out a cake pan that you can shirt with baking paper or lightly butter.

- 4.In a large bowl, pour the natural yogurt pot. Then use this clean pot to measure sugar powder, flour and vegetable oil. Add eggs, sugar, flour, chemical yeast, vanilla sugar, oil and pinch of salt. Mix carefully with children until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.

- 6.Gently transfer the dough obtained into the pre-prepared mould. Make sure to spread the dough with a spatula or the back of a spoon to level the surface, which will ensure a uniform cooking of the cake. Don't hesitate to involve children in this playful stage.

- 8.Place the baking pan in the preheated oven. Cook for about 30 to 35 minutes. Check the cooking by pressing the blade of a knife in the centre of the cake: it must come out clean. Watch for the last minutes to prevent the top from coloring too quickly.

- 10.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down before gently demolishing it. Wait a few minutes before cutting it, suitable for a family tasting. Offer it nature or with some ice sugar, jam or fresh fruit for a gourmet and creative touch.
