- 200 g 200 gr flour
- 30 g 30 gr butter
- 30 cl 30 cl milk
- 30 g 30 gr sugar
- 2 2 eggs
- 1 c. à café 1 cup of vanilla extract
Method
- 1.Prepare eggs: Start by carefully separating whites from egg yolks, placing each part in a different bowl.
- 2.Make the base of the dough: In a salad bowl, mix the egg yolks with the flour and sugar. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- 3.Add the liquids: Pour the milk gradually while whisking vigorously to obtain a smooth, lumpless paste. Then add the melted butter and mix until the preparation is well homogeneous.
- 4.Add the snow whites: Beat the egg whites until they become firm. Stir them gently into the dough by lifting them with a spatula to preserve their aerial texture. Then let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- 5.Prepare the waffler: Preheat your waffler and lightly brush the plates with a little oil to prevent waffles from hanging.
- 6.Cook your waffles: Pour 2 loaches of dough into the hot waffle, close it and cook for about 4 minutes until the waffles are golden and crispy. There you go, it's ready to taste!
