Ingredients

- 250 g 250 g Flour
- 100 g 100 g Melted butter
- 15 g 15 g Bakery yeast
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 375 ml 375 ml Milk
- 1 c. à café 1 tbsp Sugar
Method
- 1.Start of preparation
- 2.Emit the baker's yeast in a bowl and spread it with a little lukewarm milk. Add the sugar powder, mix. Let it rest for a few minutes.
- 3.Egg preparation
- 4.Separate the white from the egg yolks. Beat the whites in firm snow with an electric drummer or whip. Book.
- 5.Pastry preparation and rest
- 6.In a jatte, pour the sieved flour. Dig a well in the center and pour the rest of the lukewarm milk. Mix it vigorously with a whip. Add egg yolks, melted butter and dried yeast. Mix. Stir the whites gently into the snow with a maryse. Cover the salad bowl with clean, dry linen. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes.

- 8.Heat the waffle window. Pour a small layer of dough on the plates and cook for a few minutes. Repeat the operation until the dough is exhausted. Enjoy these still warm Brussels waffles.
