- 1 kg 1 kg Cherries
- Sugar
- 1 1 Lemon juice
- Agar-agar
Method

- 2.Place the washed, dried and peeled cherries in a large pot with glass of water and lemon juice. Heat for about 30 min. Crush the cherries well to extract the juice.
