- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon Agar-agar
Method
- 1.Addition of ingredients
- 2.Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl. Schedule 18 min, Varoma mode, speed 2.
- 3.Mixing
- 4.Mix 30 sec, speed 6.
- 5.Potting
- 6.Fill glass jars previously sterilized. Close the lids and return them to a clean cloth on the worktop.
- 7.Cooling
- 8.Let cool completely. Return the pots when they are cold and keep them in the shelter of light.
