Method
- 1.Preheating
- 2.Start by preheating your oven to 160°C, rotating heat, to ensure a homogeneous and perfect cooking of your granola. During the rise in temperature, prepare your dry and wet ingredients on the worktop to start your recipe calmly.
- 3.preparation of dry mixture
- 4.In a large salad bowl, pour the oat flakes, tapered almonds, crushed pecan nuts, squash seeds, mixed seeds and berries, chia seeds, grated coconut, ground cinnamon and fine salt. Mix well with a spatula to distribute the flavors in a homogeneous way.
- 5.Mixture of wet ingredients
- 6.Gently melt coconut oil in a saucepan or microwave. Add the hazelnut purée, honey and vanilla extract. Mix vigorously with a whip to obtain a well homogeneous and perfectly fluid texture.
- 7.Assembly of mixtures
- 8.Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients into the salad bowl. Using a spatula, patiently mix until all ingredients are well coated and the mixture is sticky, not to mention scraping the edges of the container.

- 10.Spread the preparation evenly on a large baking sheet covered with sulphurized paper. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring mid-cook to obtain a golden and crispy granola. Watch for cooking to avoid burning.

- 12.Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet after leaving the oven. This cooling allows the granola to become even more crisp while fixing the pieces formed during cooking.
- 13.Addition of additional ingredients
- 14.Add the raisins, dried cranberries and black chocolate nuggets once the granola has cooled. Mix gently to distribute these ingredients well without breaking the beautiful crispy nuggets formed during cooking.
